The American Society of Embalmers is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect, use and share information we gather about you on our website and the choices you have regarding our use of and your ability to correct the information it you are a member.

How We Use Your Information
We do not sell or rent the personally identifiable information that you provide us to third parties for any marketing-related purpose. Most of the public information provided by the American Society of Embalmers is offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. We may use the personally identifiable information you provide to fulfill the mission of our association or to fulfill the lawful requests of law enforcement agencies.

ASE Refund Policy

For apparel
We will exchange items for a different size within 10 days of receiving the return to our office at no charge.  We will refund 100% of the purchase price plus shipping and handling charges for any apparel item within 4 weeks of receiving the return to our office by company check regardless of original payment method (however you may receive it sooner).

For Memberships
We will refund a new membership within one month of original application for the full current cost of the membership by company check within 4 weeks of receiving the request (however you may receive it sooner).

American Society of Embalmers is a not-for-profit association under the IRS 501 (c) 3 law.
